How Do We Choose Candidates?
Choosing which candidates to support is a task we need to get right if we are to show that politics can be done differently. We have taken the time to make sure our process is transparent and fair.
Here’s a summary of our selection process:
Step 1: Identify candidates who stand by More United’s values
Our team is identifying candidates whose will publicly More United’s values and have a past record of doing so.
Step 2: Prioritise candidates who have a realistic chance of winning
We use data analytics to assess the candidate's likelihood of winning their seat, to make sure we have the biggest impact possible. We will also ensure there are no other candidates in the seat who agree with our values and also have a chance of winning: there is no point in pitting two good candidates against each other - whoever gets elected, Parliament will be better off.
Step 3: You vote
Members have final say on who we back. But remember - only members can vote so become one today by donating whatever you can!

We'll be announcing the first candidates put forward for a member vote shortly. This process will be rolling over the next few weeks, so keep an eye out for updates about the online vote in your inbox within the next few days, and beyond.
