M. Ellis Productions is a film company run by women. We want to create films that put women in the foreground. We want women to tell their stories, to inspire others, to give the audience something new.
We hope to create films that move you, that make you stop and think. Life is far from normal and we intend to explore that abnormality.
MISSIONARIES OF FEMALE UTOPIA
A seductive sci-fi about female missionaries from the moon, who want to create a female utopia on earth.
Three women Hermione, Harmony and Hope were born on the moon. They have come to earth to eradicate men for a female paradise.
Hermione, the leader of the trio leads the women to countless murders. They capture their victims through a seductive hypnotic process. Hope and Harmony start to internalise their victim's conscience and start to rebel against their mission.
Will they succeed in a Female Utopia.....?

Molly graduated from East 15 Acting School in 2012. Since graduating she has developed a passion for short films which has led her to set up her own production company.
Claire Mills- Producer, writer & director.
Claire Mills (formerly know as Claire Prempeh) is a RADA graduate. Since graduating Claire's acting credits include the following: Theatre- A Streetcar Named Desire (Young Vic Theatre/ St Ann's Warehouse NYC), Decade (Headlong Theatre Company), As You Like It (Rose Theatre), England people Very Nice (National Theatre), Ocean of Rain (Almeida Theatre), As You Like It (Watford Palace), The Arsonists, Rhinoceros, Drooping Palms (Royal Court), Generations (Young Vic), Orestes (Shared Experience), Hotel Cerise (Theatre Royal Stratford East) TV- Dead Boss (BBC3), Misfits (E4), Identity (ITV1), Holby City (BBC1), The Bill (ITV1), Father Brown (BBC), Hollyoaks (Channel 4).
Writing credits include: Theatre- 'August Town' (RADA festival), 'Just Another Jane' (RADA Festival also director) 'Bumper' (Performed at the Soho Theatre in association with Alice Acting company).
Short Films: 'Underneath' M.Ellis Productions (writer/director), 'For the love of Baked Beans' Anna Jayne Productions (writer/ director).
Most recently Claire's work 'Black Skin' will be performing at The Arcola Theatre.
'I like to write evocative scripts from an actors perspective. I want my audiences to have an engaging experience when watching my work and hopefully the result is an artistic compelling conversation and a true understanding of the characters psychology and narrative. I see through the eyes of Alice in Wonderland.'
