I work full time in a very busy and demanding environment. I’m a single mum although my beautiful children have now grown up and fled the nest. About 10 years ago I started experiencing dizziness and heart palpitations on a regular basis. I had a demanding lifestyle and was studying for a degree at the same time. I got to the stage where I didn’t want to leave the house and was exceptionally scared about what was happening with me me. The medical profession weren’t overly helpful in explaining that this was stress related anxiety. I just wanted to be told that if I took a tablet it would all go away. I was a strong woman and I had lots of things thrown at me and I wasn’t used to not being able to carry out my day-to-day activities. All I ever did was talk about my problems and my fears. Anyway I researched and researched and researched and started to put the results into practice with a range of strategies to support my problems. As I got better and better and could see it working I started to offer happiness workshops and individual coaching to others.  With yet another threat of redundancy (that never came to fruition) I decided to change my anger and frustration into something productive and produced my own self publish my #Blisscipline Programme. When I was completing my research it was very obviously that the experts all felt that 2020 would result in a mental health pandemic. I don’t think anybody would have protected what actually happened. I just like to concentrate on supporting individuals (full time)  and large organisations to help people understand how their mind affects their outcomes in life and what can be done about it in a positive and productive and happy way. This isn’t rocket science but lots of people don’t understand how they can make massive changes in their lives and their happiness levels by a daily routine and hence calling at my #Blisscipline programme
