As Community we need to come together as one to help each other succeed.
A way to do so is through Mentorship - being a Mentor to someone or being Mentored by someone.
With Funding, Envision Changes will run a Mentoring Programme.
This will be either face to face or online based on delegates choice.
1. Envision Changes will provide Mentors completely FREE of charge.
With your funding - every mentee will have a Mentor who they do not need to pay for.
2. Our Mentors will help with delegates Career, Personal & Mindset Development Growth.
This will be in form of our FREE Personal, career or mindset development Course - which is USUALLY £300
The Course will offer free certificate upon completion of course
3. Our Mentors are Trusted Advisers who with the funding will have been DBS Checked. They will be trained through our safeguarding course touching on confidentiality, data protection
4. Our Mentors will provide FEEDBACK on how to improve through constructive criticisms, goal setting and planning - so that you can turn your goals into a plan and consequently into reality.
5. Our Mentors and Trained in a way that they are disciplined, create boundaries for respect and hold you accountable to your goals.
6. Everyone has felt discouraged at some point in their lives. Our Mentors will provide encouragement and push you to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
7. Our Mentors range from professionals such as lawyers, footballers, professional actors who can potentially connect you to the industry through networking programmes etc.
8. How many people would like to avoid making mistakes?
Mistakes are important but having a mentor will help you avoid making mistakes that beginners have made so we can skip the unfortunate effects of lack of knowledge
9. Mentors will HELP you by sharing knowledge and information

10. Once you finish the mentoring programme you will receive a certificate and progress to be a mentor for others where envision changes will help with your mentorship portfolio
