I want to create an online community to help mums who suffer with depression.
It will be exercised based as a healthy body is a healthy mind (cliche but true)
But there will be other forms of help, online chats, general support for each other.
I have suffered with depression for 10 years since having my first child, I’m now on number 3 and it hasn’t got any easier.
I want there to be an online platform to help women get and feel stronger so they can face daily challenges as just getting dressed can be so difficult when you feel so low.
I want it to be a support network that isn’t full of health professionals where you don’t feel judged or you have to say a certain thing.
This will be all open, all honest. Mums helping mums.
I am level 3 PT qualified so will be offering my advice on exercises, creating easy to do homework outs and nutritional advice. I want to find other mums who offer other services, such as meditation, yoga etc.
Eventually I want to create meet ups in local areas so that mums don’t feel so isolated or alone.
