To greatly improve the lives of seniors and their families living with MemoryLoss through activity and social outlet .

by Josie Deans in Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom

Myself and my team of volunteers work consistently to provide activities to seniors as well as our Memory Loss Workshops across Glasgow . These have Been set up as an outlet for families /loves ones to take the individual suffering Memory Loss along  to but for families to stay and do something fun in a safe and friendly environment. We seek to empower families and sufferers through activities and our team are always on hand to listen. Our activities are entirely created and adapted for memory impairment and a sense of achievement is always felt .i work round the clock and spend all i have to try and make these classes worth it for people and it’s worth everything for me to see the joy it all brings . I will continue to strive to make this work because it means everything to see the joy on people’s faces or to get another special memory when all seemed lost .Memory impairments are so hard for the families  and myself and the team want to ease the pain if we can .

With some funding we could buy a mini bus and rent one particular space every day and our equipment would all be entirely adapted to make activities easier.

Please support us as we all know some one who is affected by these devastating illnesses .
