The mechanical horse will make the benefits of horse riding accessible to many more children living with disabilities and is great project for a fantastic Riding for the Disabled Centre

My sister had a major stroke three years ago. We quickly got her involved with the RDA in Dorset which has given her a huge amount of joy being able to ride again and has kept up a level of fitness which would have been totally lost. She was also lucky enough to have the opportunity to use a mechanical horse and we could see the huge benefits that this offers. She was able to do more advanced riding earlier than she could have done on a real horse and it also meant it improved her riding on Babs. The movement of a canter is so healing and would rarely be possible on a real horse. This is such a great therapeutic tool and I am very happy to support this campaign. 🙏
