We have received your generous donations to supply PPE to the NHS frontlines. Our allocation is based on central demand, specific requests from Trusts, and based on clinical need. This means we can only supply to Trusts who reply to us or contact us directly.

There is still a national demand for PPE, and we want to make the order process simpler. There are minimum requirements to validate requests, for us to clear Customs, accounting, and fairer allocation. These need to be signed off by the respective Trust CEO/Heads of Procurement for the Trust/Heads of the CCG, stating exactly what PPE is required, enabling us to process the request.

We need YOUR help! If you are a healthcare professional reading this – please contact your local procurement department, and make them complete our Request Form ASAP. Without official signing off, we can’t donate PPE for the aforementioned reasons. 1. Full contact details and information of requester (e.g. Trust CEO/Medical Director/Procurement Office)

2. List specific required PPE items and quantities (include specification/ model if possible)

3. We will then provide you with a template letter which needs to be returned to us signed, on NHS Letterhead.

We will then respond within 72 hours.

Our fund pool is limited, so we will do our best to send as much PPE to the frontline as we can afford from YOUR DONATIONS – THIS IS YOU donating DIRECTLY to YOUR NHS, and it is OUR honour to serve you.
