my name is franck chef for 26 year coming from a mixed race background my dad is from ivory coast (west africa) and my mother is from a small city in france called le mans at 200 km away from paris
my kids and i have had the thought about a new food trend by mixing french and african dishes and blending key ingredients and recipes of both cuisine together because we didn't want to choose between the one or the other type of food but we've rather liked having the best of both that's how the project of mashale was bornl
the vision of this project is to bring people of every cultural background and communities around a new food trend and modestly offering something new to the food market that is not claiming being "authentic " but instead giving new taste, flavourness and choices to people
my goal is to start to offer a private chef service in the comfort of your own home and then in a second phase expand the business to a take away and delivery food offer and finally in a 3rd phase opening a premise and start also to work internationally
how the money of the crowdfunding will be used?
i'll use the money to launch the business of my private chef services
