I have always loved food especially experimenting with flavours. I also feel that Nigerian cuisine is not getting the recognition it deserves or the exposure because of many factors and I want to change all that. I would like to develop a range of sauces cooked in a traditional Nigerian but which would appeal to an international audience. People can buy our sauces in jars in a quantity to suit them and pair it with a range or meats and other condiments. The money raised would go into developing various flavours and looking into the most viable bottling options so that taste and quality is not compromised. It will also be used for branding and packaging, Facebook and Instagram ads to create awareness and drive sales. It will also go towards revamping the existing website. At present I’m the only one in my business but I have the vision to grow the business and ultimately pair it with my own restaurant where authentic Nigerian food will be served with a fusion of international fine dining in one area and another area for purely Nigerian delicacies such as Suya, nkwobi, goat head, ayamashe sauce, pepper soup to mention a few. The sauces will be marketed to super markets and stores
