We did it
On 20th November 2018 we successfully raised £60 with 3 supporters in 35 days

Our documentary is about the community and evolution of rave culture and drug education. We aim to inform and inspire.

The Documentary

Our director for this project pitched the idea about rave culture as she has grown up with a father who was apart of the community. She noticed that many documentaries focus on the negative side of raves and portrays it in a bad light. We aim to show the community behind the raves and how they have changed over the years. Raves can be like a family and we want to shed light on that.

We will have a story arch with 3 DJs with drastically different amount of years experience in the rave community and can give an insight on how it has changed over time.

We also aim to speak to a foundation called 'The Loop'. They are volunteers who test drugs for people and inform them how to be safe. We are aware people take drugs, so they may as well be properly informed so they can stay safe.
