Who are Llandegla Community Shop?
Since May 2016 our village shop has been run as a Community Benefit Society. This means we trade for the benefit of the Community and its visitors and not for anyone's private benefit. Our shop and cafe are managed by a small committee elected by the members of the Society. On a day-to-day basis the shop is run by two fantastic part-time managers and a group of committed volunteers. We are open 7 days a week with a mobile Post Office service visiting us every Thursday morning. Our cafe serves hearty all-day breakfasts, delicious cakes, sandwiches and other snacks along with a range of hot and cold drinks. We provides a focal point for the village and stock a wide variety of everyday items such as bread, meat, milk, eggs, groceries, gifts, ice creams, beers, wines and spirits, and much much more. Our cafe has proved to be very popular with both local villagers and visitors alike. As we are on Offa's Dyke footpath we are a welcome stop for a lot of walkers.
What will we buy?
