Live @ The Library

To raise money for Act4Africa ( a charity focused on curing HIV and raising awareness for gender equality) by hosting a live charity gig.

We did it!

On 12th May 2017 we successfully raised £10 with 1 supporter in 4 days

Act4Africa is a health and education charity which aims to promote the importance of gender justice for women and girls in areas of Africa. Act4Africa aim to equip females with the life skills they need to be free from poverty and to combat HIV. Set up in 2000 by a couple, Act4Africa has a small UK support team based in Manchester which works in partnership with Act4Africa NGO Partners in Uganda, Tanzania and Malawi but they need your help to grow and keep changing lives and communities.

On the night we will be hosting an array of local Leeds based up and coming artists to perform throughout the event. We hope that we can get as many attendees as possible in order to make this event a success. Any donation is a successful donation so we appreciate anything you can give to help this important charity. Tickets:

Your funds will go directly towards the charity as we are paying for sound engineers, promotional posters and props out of our own pocket and fundraising donations. We need YOUR help in donations to help us and the Act4Africa team in raising awarness and funds for them to continue with their amazing work in changing lives for women and girls in Africa.
