Donation made in response to hearing about the fantastic job our Mayor and all the local volunteers have done in raising the funds and actually physically making/repairing our Christmas lights. Looking forward to the spectacular turn on. well done to you all
Hi my name is Tracey Chambers, Manager/Licencee of the Kings Arms Hotel in Penryn... on the evening of Saturday 15th November 2015 we held a fund raising evening in aid of "Light Up Penryn for Christmas" and we did this by holding a quiz and raffle! I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you that formed the teams that entered the quiz, for coming along to support us, and for all those in the bar that evening for generously purchasing raffle tickets! Also a very big thank you to Phil Julian for donating his time to be a great host and quiz master for the evening! We raised a total of £150.00 for the "Light Up Penryn for Christmas" Again thank you all for your help x
Great idea with the crowdfunder. Fingers crossed for hitting the target and another wonderful display in the town. Phil Starkey Photography will happily tweet and share in a bid to help.
Penryn Community Bingo would like to thank the Mayor Councillor Mark Snowdon for all his hard work and enthusiasm in making our Town a place to be proud of. It's great to have a 'hands on' Mayor, long may he continue to serve the Town.
