A woman in her 40s, 50s and beyond is at the peak of her powers but if you look around at the narratives of stage and screen, you wouldn't know it. It's time to talk about our lives and make ourselves visible.
In Mid Life, we speak honestly about our menopauses and those of the many women we interviewed when we were researching this project. We're a diverse group of women in our middle years: black, white, straight, gay, and from very different backgrounds.
This show is part of a new menopause movement across the world that will tear away the isolation and shame women experience. In its place women will have community and empathy through middle age.

To pay the performers and crew, and make every performance accessible to D/deaf, blind and visually impaired audiences we need a final £10,000.
