We will renovate the flat over an initial six month period, ideally adding bedrooms and creating lounge-diner areas to maximise rental income and property value. We will then rent out the property for two years, and we will keep you updated with the property with monthly emails.
After renting the property for two years, and receiving the rental income, which should be significant in these areas, we will sell the property. We will then add the price we sold the property to the rental income, and subtract the renovation costs, and divide the resulting money between all investors.
