For whatever reason the Social Services removed our grandchildren from their mother, our daughter, in Novemer 2017.
We went for custody of the grandchildren in December 2017 and have been battling with the court and Social Services since.
To date, we have spent £3000 on legal fees, and a further £600 on fees for an Independant Social Worker.
We failed to get a judgement in our favour on 26th July 2018, based on evidence we could not defend against at the time.
We have been advised that an appeal will cost upwards of £5000, if indeed that is what we wish to do.
The monies raised will be to offset some, or all of the appeal money, and to pay the legal fees already accrueing.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and hopefully for your support.
