The Kehelland Trust provides a rural, horticultural setting for the support of young people and adults with learning and/or physical disabilities.
Sadly our old mini tractor has finally given up on us and we are fund-raising for a replacement with the addition of a topper and bucket.
A tractor is essential for the centre, not only for maintenance of the site, but also for the associated opportunities for our trainees to get involved with using the tractor and maintaining it. The tractor is needed for mowing, shuttling goods and equipment, and towing and is used in a variety of tasks such as mowing (both large areas and closed compartmental areas), the production of fire wood, path laying, clearance and event preparation.
Many thanks
