I have been working in catering for many years and always had an interest in food since i was a kid. I have worked for a few pubs, wine bars etc helping out friends who needed to get established before moving on to another project and now im wanting to get setup myself.
In early 2018 i setup a company called all gravy baby roast dinner delivery cooking home cooked restaurant quality roasts and delviering them in my local are which became a weekly sellout but i had to put a pause to that in Dec 2019 when i had a car accident whilst 4 months pregnant and decided i needed to rest. Once the first lockdown hit on 23rd March (The time to really shine with my roasts) i was in and out of hospital with pregnanct issues for weeks and ended up having an emergency c section with my little girl. Due to the pandemic this put my roast business out of business as when i was healthy enough to go back into it every pub, restaurant, cafe, home kitchen etc had started offering the same service making it hard to go back.
Ive now decided to create a small pop up pizzaria using a gozney roccbox i was kindly gifted for my birthday and starting to take bookings for partys etc buti would love to be able to expande and have a more proffesional setup allowing me to take on bigger events once the road map has eased and finally make a business work for me and hopefully for years to come.
