Hybrid working with regular time at our base in Bridport, Dorset

£35k - £40k based on FTE (£28 - £32k for a 30 hour week)

We’re proud to say that over £250 million has been raised on Crowdfunder, plus tens of millions more unlocked by their partners to support campaigns for start-ups, charities, social enterprises, communities, businesses, political movements, and individuals.

You’re a natural self starter who loves taking a brief and making it happen, confident working with CMS’s, developers, designers, business insights people and the wider management teams as well as directly with corporate clients and partners.

In this role you'll get to:

Work with and nurture our growing community of Crowdfunders - owning the content and interaction journey through email, social media and online content

Identify and prioritise the optimisation of various user journeys creating higher levels of engagement and conversions

Write creative and engaging copy

Produce social media content (images, videos etc)

Define success metrics, track key business and usage analytics

Plan and execute against the roadmap, refining and iterate as needed

We'll expect you to have:

Proven experience crafting and delivering creative content led campaigns preferably in the e-commerce domain

Ability to identify and articulate digital product enhancements based on usage data

Outstanding track record working with developers, designers and cross functional partners: people love to work with you!

A keen eye for analytics paired with a data-informed mindset. You're passionate about experimentation and A/B testing

Ability to communicate directly and clearly, emphasis on careful listening

Love thinking through complex, ambiguous problems and distill it to the essentials.

Attention to detail; we want you to care about the small things just as much as the big things

Ability to balance prioritising competing opportunities (including evaluating customer needs with business priorities)

Self-awareness with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve

Deep understanding of the value of collaboration and teamwork

We'd also like to see evidence of:

Entrepreneurial experience in any domain

Background in digital and development

An understanding of what constitutes good design, either through design/UI work of your own or working with designers in a team

Life at Crowdfunder

Crowdfunder is a highly commercial operation, but it’s also a caring one. We recognise that when you walk into the office at the start of the day, you don’t suddenly forget about your family, your passions, your hobbies — the rest of your life!

We’re as far from a stuffy, corporate environment as can be, but we do work smart. We have a commercial concentration that is second to none, and our focus is on enabling our project owners to achieve their targets and outcomes. This takes a certain sort of ambition and determination, which is why we have a vibrant, intuitive way of doing business that makes working at Crowdfunder lots of fun.
