We're hiring!

People and Places Manager

Hybrid with some time at either our Cornwall or Bridport offices

30 hours per week (0.8 FTE)

Salary dependent on experience - happy to discuss

Are you a capable and experienced people-person who thrives on variety? This is a great role for an HR professional who is commercially minded, looking for a no-day-is-the-same, 4 day a week career in a business that exists to make a difference.

You’ll be delivering on longer term strategy, while managing good process and structure, and coaching managers and individuals to be the very best they can be.

While this is a truly generalist HR role, some skills are key to our strategy moving forwards. You will need to have experience partnering and advising at senior levels and happy to represent the face of the business externally. You’ll have proven success in recruitment and talent development and be up to date with employment law and best practice. Knowing your way around an HRIS would be a bonus, as would experience of working in a hybrid structure.
