In my Kitchen is a dream which came together because of two Hospitality Specialists, one a global Recruiter of Chefs & another one being an Executive Chef with over 25 years of culinary experience who held the distinction of holding 1 Michelin Star for over 12 years. Both, of them, were provided with an opportunity to come up with an idea to support fellow Chefs in the community as the Hospitality sector becomes the worst-hit industry due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
As lockdown took a toll on people's mental health, These 2 ex-colleagues started collaborating on the idea to bring Restaurant quality food from the Chefs home kitchen and that's how In my Kitchen started taking shapes.
We are proud that within weeks we have over 40 Chefs across UK who have registered their interest to be part of this journey. We have Chefs who specialize in Modern South American cuisine to Modern European cuisine to Traditional German / Polish / Caribbean and Asian cuisine. We are bringing globally curated dishes that you will never see on the menu of any restaurant.
Fancy eating authentic Hungarian Goulash or German Sauerbraten/Spätzle or even Vietnami Pho. How many times you order food from a standard Restaurant and be dissatisfied with sub-standard Food quality. In my Kitchen is not a platform to sell food online but it is a community that will enable Chefs to explore their culinary flare without any restrictions. Chefs can work as per their availability and plan their work depending on what's available in their Kitchen.
We are raising money to support these Chefs to get going, Promote them on Social media like (Youtube / Twitter / Instagram & Facebook) and personalize their meal packaging.
