Victoria Community Boccia Club was founded in July 2016. The club was actually launched on National Boccia Day, September 17th. The club is open to anyone with a disability who wishes to learn the basics, or participate in competitive Boccia. Whilst school age participants are welcomed, the club is intended to cater for those who have left formal education.

The club meets once a week at Victoria Education Centre, on Thursdays from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. Staff are volunteers, and further volunteers are always welcome to support the club.

The club has six trained coaches, some of whom are also qualified as referees. In the last two years, we have grown as a club, and have secured grants to enable us to purchase a range of equipment to support our players. Our plan for the future is to develop a second club in Dorset and to have teams competing in the National League.
