Let's raise the funds to provide a reliable, practical vehicle for the work of the Illyrian Gospel Trust in Albania.

With so much of the work of IGT in Albania being reliant on driving to outlying villages, having a reliable vehicle is critical. Many supporters of IGT have a desire to help replace the current ailing 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe that has 250,000 kilometres on the clock with something more functional and reliable, and less costly to run and insure!

The village work in particular depends on being able to transport people not just to support the Bible studies among adults, but also to run children's meetings that take place at the same time; so a larger 7 seat vehicle would open up many more options. In their work among children and young people, Taulant and Monda also use the vehicle and being able to transport volunteers to outlying areas of Fier to support their ministry would be a huge bonus.

We also hope this fundraising project might help develop links between the various churches that are interested in the work of the Illyrian Gospel Trust, and make the sum required to purchase an appropriate vehicle a more attainable target.

The target of £15,000 will provide for the purchase and import of a 7 seat, 4 wheel drive car that will be adequate for the needs of the work for several years to come.

We hope that supporters across partner churches will be inspired to give generously towards this specific need, and that it will also be a reminder to us all to continue to pray for all that God is doing through his church in Albania.
