For those that know me they will know I am a very keen footballer, so as I am uncharacteristically having a season away from the beautiful game I have decided to keep myself busy with some running events/challenges. I have done a couple of Half Marathons before but have raised the game a little with 3 events to complete over the next few months to really challenge myself and most importantly of all, raise money for two great causes. Firstly, I'll be doing a 20 Mile Race called Fission 20/20 in South Glos on the 10/3 (As I create this page I have actually already completed this so that's one down already!). Secondly, I will be running in the first ever Newport Wales Marathon on 29/4 (Also my first ever marathon). Finally, and the most daunting challenge of all I will be running the Cotswold Way Ultra! This is a 100K Challenge across the rural, hilly countryside of the Cotswolds starting in Bath and running to Cheltenham. A big ask as it is but I will be doing this all in one day (Or trying my best to!) (See Video Link)
