Okay where to start.... My name is Aisha Joel i am 27 i am currently learning BSL which is just a great and fascinating subject to learn i also do alot of charity work cake sales and voluntary work with children with disabilities. I am a out going bubbly person who wants to achieve as many goals as i can in my life i currently work in Ealing studios in a cafe and i am also a carer a job i have done for many years and enjoy very much, However i feel like i am getting to certain age where i would like to branch out really push myself and have the chance to pursue my dream and go for it i am currently trying to save as much as possible however i dont think i will save as much as i need for this project that i am so keen to get started. Now here is some info about my vision  i have a great passion for cooking home cooked fresh food from scratch healthy but tasty and wholesome not the usual burgers and fried things something that feels like your at home having something nice for dinner i also love to bake and do occasion cakes such as wedding birthday christening and so on i also do gluten and dairy free cakes and also vegan cakes to make sure i cater for as many as possible however as i dont do it full time as i would like to i dont get as much as i could get out of it and i cant earn a full wage and i have not got enough to put into it or to buy a catering van to start my project. My aim is to do it around the freight side of Heathrow airport as there is nowhere to get food around there and with lorry drivers coming from all over the world to Heathrow and office workers there and nothing to eat i feel it would be a great opportunity for me and great for them i am currently talking to Segro Which is the company whos land the catering truck would be sitting on in the evening about renting the spot as my mum has worked at Heathrow for over 20 years she knows first hand about the no food situation and also thinks it would be great for both sides. If i get my catering truck i will be flinging myself into it and it will be my main job and source of income i also have to keen young workers who are my siblings to join my team and are currently doing there health and hygiene certificates are both keen cooks and would love to give them a boost in there carer and make this a family run business. I am not one who normally askes for money as i like to be independent but i feel like this is the right step to ensure a secure future for not only me but my family too,  i dont want no regrets just want to cook for people who would appreciate and enjoy some good home cooked meals and cake and of course for them to be happy with a full belly. If i did raise what i needed the money would be spent on buying a van that is fully furnished or i would buy one that is part furnished and get the rest fitted and for the van checks that are needed all of it would be going into the catering truck so for the actual truck the stock the naming and all the little bits i will need to set it up. I believe it would also be great for the community as i will be using local produce from surrounding farmers markets such as dairy products meat.
