1 mile = £1 for charity

Hi,

I have decided that for every mile that I run or walk this summer I am going to donate £1 to Young Minds. If you would like to get involved you are able to add money here which will then go towards the charity. It is such an important cause and it would be amazing if you even donated just £1. 

Mental health is something that affects all of us. Whether you are anxious, stressed or genuinely feel that you need someone it is extremely important that charities like these exist and get enough funding to be able to aid the people that need them.
