We did it
On 7th November 2018 we successfully raised £625 with 28 supporters in 59 days

To raise awareness of the Windrush Generation by exhibiting portraits of project participants with the dignity and reverence they deserve.

It's worth mentioning that the Black And Minority Ethnic networks who comissioned me are working on this voluntarily outside of their full time jobs at the NHS, University of Birmingham and other endeavours. They've been incredibly supportive professionally, practically and holistically.

Pre-order photobook, postcards & special thank you

Pledging £70 entitles you to a selection of postcards from the series and enables you to preorder one of the limited edition copies of the photobook which will feature the full series of nurses photographed for this commission. While the postcards feature extracts of their stories, the publication will feature full length transcriptions of their interviews. We'll also list your name in our acknowledgments to thank you for your support.
