Herefordshire Wildlife Trust Community Shop

Herefordshire Wildlife Trust Community Shop

We want to create a new, community, pre-loved shop to turn unwanted clutter into wildlife havens and living landscapes across Herefordshire.

We did it!

On 11th May 2017 we successfully raised £426 with 10 supporters in 56 days

Herefordshire Wildlife Trust cares for nature reserves and landscapes across the county, creating wildlife havens in town and countryside. We’re looking to create a community shop to help us raise funds for our work and inspire people to take action for wildlife. The shop will also provide a space where we can share our story and hold talks, workshops and fundraising events.

We plan to open our shop this summer but we need you to help us turn our empty room into a shop and community events venue. We’re crowdfunding to help us buy mannequins and vinyl racks, bookshelves and clothes rails. We’ll need signs to help explain our wildlife work and a kettle to make tea for our lovely volunteers. We’ll need price tickets, biros and coat hangers. And most importantly, we’ll need a till to ring all the money through!

We believe our work is essential to keep Herefordshire wild. Not only do we look after the county’s wildlife, we inspire others to as well. We support schools and families to get out into nature and run training and workshops to pass on vital skills and passion.

Our community shop will raise essential funds to help us to continue to do all this – so we need your help to get it off the ground!

Your Rewards

Herefordshire Wildlife Trust want to inspire others to look after the wildlife on their patch and across the county – and our crowd funder rewards will do just that!

As a thank you for your support, we’re offering a whole herd of wildlife gifts including annual membership of the Trust, discount vouchers for bird feeders and bug hotels, free stationary kits (for recording all your great wildlife spots!) and more!
