Helping Cyprus pups find their wings

Cyprus has a massive problem with abandoned dogs. There are shelters but most of them get paid so much money per dog to get them off the street then don't look after the dogs welfare. The above picture shows a dog rescued from one such shelter totally malnourished and starving. There are a few charities working to help these dogs, finding them new homes around the world. I'd like to help bring them over to uk foster/adoption homes and also help the rescue team pay their massive £30,000 vet bill. Thank you x
