Help the Feminist Library raise £65,000 to Build its New Home and Safeguard its Precious Herstories & Community Space for Years to Come

by Feminist Library in London, England, United Kingdom

Spread festive cheer - help us raise all the money we need for the move!

This festive season, you can be a Feminist Library Shero again! As you might have heard last week, the team at Crowdfunder have invited us to keep our crowdfunding campaign open to help fully fund our move project! It is amazing news for us, as we still have estimated £13,000 to raise before we can say that we have covered all of the costs of our move! And since we have relaunched our crowdfunder, we have already received nearly £1,000 more in online and offline donations! :) If we keep going at this rate, we can meet all of the costs of our move by the project deadline!

If you have donated already, please help us spread the word, festive cheer and love for the Feminist Library! Let your friends and colleagues know by sharing this message and re-tweeting our calls for support.

If you'd like to get further involved in the project of making the amazing new home for the Library happen, please get in touch! There are plenty of opportunities to volunteer during the move process. The physical move process will be starting in early Jan - and we'll be needing help with alphabetising and cataloguing books, putting them in boxes and crates, moving them, and even more fundraising, events, stalls, local outreach, promotion - and loads more exciting stuff like that! Get in touch with our fab volunteer coordinator, Katie, if any of these sound like something you would like to do:
