Great news that you will based in SE15.
Looking forward to seeing your new home! Good Luck
Protect and curate, share and inspire .... we are making our history every day and it is precious.
Thank you so much for keeping the library alive and making sure that herstory is not lost. Big love to you all Xx
I'm so pleased that this library will continue to provide for all who need to use it. I'm 100% behind you.
Wishing you good luck in the move to the new feminist library. My first degree dissertation was titled 'The History and Politics of Feminist Publishing Houses and the Orange Prize for Fiction' for which I gained a first in 1998 at the Ruskin University Cambridge, so I have had an interest in Feminist writing for a long time now! All best wishes, Anne
Good luck with the move, thank you for keeping this alive :)
Wonderful resource and charity.
Really hope you get what you need for the move, with love from Liverpool (and Next To Nowhere's radical library :-) )
Thank you for doing this, it's so important
As an ex librarian and a feminist I understand and support the need for this. Go for it sisters!
I thoroughly think feminism, whether agreed with or not, adds important arguments to the peoples rights debate.
Good luck with the move, and looking forward to visiting the new library space!
So glad to hear that LB Southwark have come up with a building. Such an important archive to keep open and accessible - for the many, not the few.
Keep up the good work!
This is important and I hope we achieve your goal
Good luck with the new premises
Can’t wait to see your new space!
The feminist library is a globally important place for all.
Thank you for existing and persisting in spite of everything. A wonderful and vital resource for the nation & beyond. My favourite library. Good luck!
This is so exciting! I've often thought of spending an hour or two at the Feminist Library while on maternity leave but the current location isn't really suitable for a buggy or a baby. Very excited to use the new facilities and bring along my little feminist!
I used to go to FL a lot when it was at Hungerford House. I’m sorry I haven’t been recently but definitely will once it comes to Peckham. No excuse as it will be on my doorstep. I’m delighted that FL is still going strong and wish you well with the move.
