My two sons have played at Tattenhall for over 10 years now and I wanted to try and do my bit which will help the future of the club and fulfil Brian’s legacy. The whole club is one which is so warm and welcoming and I wanted to say thank you for everything you have done and will continue to do. Thanks, Bob
I spent many a happy afternoon playing for this great club growing up, captaining the Colts on a Friday and playing on a Sat or Sun for men’s team. The club was fantastic to me, so many wonderful people involved right through including the legend that was Brian. I only have great memories, I will make sure I return to catch a game one of these days. Good luck with this and all the very best for the future. Simon Lewis
My family has just moved to Tattenhall and the cricket club has been so welcoming and friendly. The Flacca is a truly special place in a wonderful setting. Keeping things going while income is low is critical. My son is mad keen on cricket and I want to ensure the club is still thriving for him to be able to play for the senior teams in years to come! The youngsters are our future.
I grew up opposite the flacca and it became my home from home. Great memories from playing as a junior to now watching my kids run around and be looked after by the lads I use to help out with. It’s a great family club but with excellent made possible by a great committee, and a ground where Brian put in countless hours and graft for FREE!!! Please help us anyway you can do we can keep club going for the next generation.
Tattenhall CC is the jewel in the Tattenhall crown, friendly and vibrant and with a dedicated team keeping the wheels turning. We will miss Brian Jarrard so much and I am glad to support this wonderful club and help secure its future.
The Flacca. The Centre of the Known Universe. I don’t get the pleasure of seeing it so often now but TCC will always be the benchmark for comparison with other clubs in my eyes. Growing up in the village, the club was the focal point of my life for the best part of a decade. Many, many midweek evenings were spent discussing the weekend toss with Brian and shifting covers to ensure a good surface; all whilst simultaneously enduring marathon net sessions! Here’s to many of Tattenhall’s current youngsters finding a home at the club as I did! To all those who have been involved, past and present, thank you for your efforts to make TCC carry the legacy it does. FORZA TCC.
