Regrettably COVID put pay to the annual Presidents v Chairman’s match which is when we get to host and meet many of the Club members , supporters and friends and this event also serves as a major fund raiser making around £1000 for the Club. As you can imagine this along with the loss of membership & match fee income has impacted on the finances of the Club
We have been fortunate to have received grant support and this has ensured the Club can meet its commitments in terms of overheads. However, maintaining the ground and facilities to a good standard absorbs significant outlay and to help with these costs we are launching a crowdfunding initiative with the aim to raise a target of a £1,000.
