My sister Ayna Margaret is an Asylum seeker who lives in Mississauga  in Canada. She is suffering from Lupus since 2015 and because she is an asylum seeker she is not entitled to free medical treatment. She needs to pay for special tests and medical treatment which is very expensive especially when she is not able to work due to her illness.

(Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease in which the body's immune system becomes hyperactive and attacks normal, healthy tissue. This results in symptoms such as inflammation, swelling, and damage to joints, skin, kidneys, blood, the heart, and lungs. Lupus makes the immune system unable to differentiate between antigens  a substance capable of inducing a specific immune response) and healthy tissue.

This leads the immune system to direct antibodies against the healthy tissue - not just antigens - causing swelling, pain, and tissue damage. Any part of the body can be affected by lupus as it has an array of clinical manifestations affecting the skin, joints, brain, lungs, kidneys, blood vessels and other internal organs(

Because her blood vessels in her brain and heart are growing thick every time, she suffers from terrible pain and episodes of unconsciousness.  Two weeks  ago she lost consciousness for 24 hours for the third time and was hospitalized for that length of time. She attends hospital everyday and she has  to  buy medication all the time. The doctors have advised that if the specialized tests and treatment  that she urgently need is not provided  then she might suffer irreversible fatal brain damage. She needs urgent financial help and  iam therefore appealing to you to give out something, however small, to help her live a healthy life.
