I bought Double Shot (as an existing business) in 2017, on a shoestring with personal savings. Same year I got pregnant and it felt like I’m about to loose it all. I’ve worked tirelessly to completely change it , now all it’s left from the previous owner is the name. Luckily, I’ve survived and just when I thought I’ve made it through - COVID happened.
The global COVID-19 pandemic has created uncertainty for millions of businesses. Help us survive and come out stronger. If you’ve been to Double Shot you know how passionate we are for serving the most colourful and delicious brunch and baked in the house cakes. We have created the first ever Afternoon tea out of brunch dishes, but at most of the times we struggle due to the limited size kitchen. We want to grow but it has to be sustainable. Currently we are undergoing our website, working on new colourful brunch dishes and designs for our indoor and outdoor trees. In our basement we have area that I’ve been dreaming of merging with our existing kitchen , so we can serve better, do better and create more jobs for chefs and waiting staff. Make this possible by donating small or big, it doesn’t matter, it’s our supporters and customers that made it happen so far and I believe you will make it happen again. Double Shot is all about bringing friends and family together over a delicious and beautiful drinks and dishes, in the surrounding of our seasonally changing flower trees.
