Hi lovely humans,
As all you all you know I've been struggling with my health quite a lot. I was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Postural tachycardia syndrome, Atlanto-axial instability, Cranio cervical instability and Gastroparesis.
Due to issues with my feeding tube, I ended up in hospital last August for 4 months. Unfortunately, after severe complications, operations and treatments, I lost my tube. I really struggle without one and it severely impacts my quality of life.
After trying to get second opinions in multiple hospitals, nobody knows how to help me anymore. They think my case is really complex and keep dismissing me, despite having severe symptoms that make it impossible for me to function properly in my day-to-day.
I'm at the point where there is no other option for me but to get specialist private healthcare so that I can get my life back on track and be able to live and focus on my degree. This whole experience has taken a toll on me and I'd love to eventually go on to become a psychologist so I can help others who are struggling like me with their mental health and anything you can contribute to helping me get there would be incredible and I would appreciate it so so much.
Lots of love,
