As a health, safety and training consultancy our ethos align with this mental health campaign geared towards creating a safe space for men within our communities. Mental health is a real challenge to the health and safety of several people in our society and this campaign if successful will go a long way to support the fight for dealing with mental health.

Its high time. we've started talking about men's mental health in our cumunity.

Mental health is so pertinent to the current issues that we are all facing and men struggle to communicate their feelings. So having a safe space for them to open up and build up each other is a fantastic idea to combat some of the stigma associated with mental health.
