For every workplace to have a Strategy for family, by building a framework of processes and procedures to ensure there is a plan in place for when an employee becomes pregnant or requests parental leave.
For every workplace to build or hire a MumPod for their pregnant and breastfeeding employees to rest or express their breastmilk.
Support other SMEs and female (and male) entrepreneurs by developing a team of associates who provide health and well-being products and services as a staff benefit.
To deliver a rolling programme of Line manager workshops in Strategising for Family and having conversations about pregnancy, breastfeeding and the benefits of facilitating flexible working and having robust breastfeeding policies in place.
To encourage mothers to return to work and manage their career flexibly around their family, to include planning for partners to take shared parental leave if required.
For employers to have robust maternity and breastfeeding policies to protect the working mother.
For employers to deliver a package of staff incentives to improve staff retention, morale and productivity.
For mothers to make choices around breastfeeding their child for as long as they wish.
Ultimately the objective is to close the gender pay and protect the health and well being of the working mother and her family.

User Experience Research
Equipment for the MumPod
This will enable the delivery of the first packages and analyse success of delivery to establish if changes are required to secure future contracts. Ultimately by supporting the Start Up stage of #KeepingMum you are building healthy happy families and supporting careers.
If you know a mother or father or partner who has been discriminated against, or lost their job due to pregnancy, or struggled getting parental leave or flexible working then your support will help future parents like this.
If you weren't treated fairly in pregnancy, felt you had to give up breastfeeding before returning to work or were not offered suitable support to express breastmilk at work then your support will prevent this happening in the future.
