Hi I am Hannah, a bit about me;
My background in gymnastics and dance which I started when I was 3, competing nationally and representing GB in display gymnastics. I have never wanted to lose my flexibility or strength. After attending Pilates classes for years, I decided I wanted to pass on my passion and the advantages of Pilates to others.
Since gaining my level 3 diploma in Mat Pilates I have never looked back and can truly say I love my job! Furthering my knowledge I now also teach Freestyle Fitness Yoga. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing clients grow in their practice, especially when they tell you how much better they feel in their bodies since starting my classes.
I decided in August 2018 to take the leap and set up my own studio in Tunbridge Wells, with the vision of being able to help more people make the most of life. Relieving themselves from pain, helping elderly people meet like minded people and stay mobile, offer busy workers and mums/dads express classes so they can still fit them in, as well as offering Parent & Child classes and Kid and Teen classes in order to help them relax and destress from the pressures that school and modern life can have on young minds.
The studio is beautiful and hearing how much my clients like it when they come in is great. However this venture has been extremely challenging, especially as I am doing it alone and have risked everything to put it into practice.
I have always believed that sport should be accessible for everyone no matter who you are or your ability. Back in 2012 I was lucky enough to be part of the opening ceremony dance team in the London Paralympics and got to meet some amazing people and was touched by their stories and thought it would be great to be able to help them deal with their anxiety and social skills. Fast forward to now where I now have the facilities and ability to offer classes for ASD children. I have consulted with specialists and mums and am ready and excited to start offering specialised classes.

I am asking for this money to get the word out about these classes, by advertising (which is extremely expensive) in order to reach more parents and children in and around Tunbridge Wells and well as buying some more sensory equipment. I want to spread the advantages of Yoga to as many children as possible which will alternatively help them in every day life too. I am just a one women team and am determined to make this vision of offering specialist classes come true but I need your help. I am truly grateful of anything you can give. Thank you x
