My niece Nicky Cross and her husband Barry runs the Craigmore GuestHouse opposite and I founded toptable.com so I/we 100% know just how hard the restaurant/hospitality industry is finding it but you have come up with this genius idea that will go way beyond anything Covid 19 can throw at us all! We will curate a box based on your taste and favourite produce, which we will ask you to name and be available on our website to purchase. For each sale of that box, we will also donate a % of the profits to your chosen charity. You will spend the day with Dean selecting ingredients and creating the recipes. On completion, the first box will also be delivered to you. Also included with this pledge is a 7-course tasting menu for up to 14 people.
