We did it
On 25th August 2016 we successfully raised £7,655 with 95 supporters in 35 days

To save the hugely important Gunter Mansion and Chapel, central to St David Lewis and St Philip Evans, the last Catholic martyrs in Wales.

A valuable part of the history of Abergavenny, it would be great to see it restored back to an original version of the mansion. It would also attract ore people to this end of town. Good luck

All the local histories tell us about this special building but if you go to look all you see is a group of premises that have been in decline for decades. At last there is a chance to put things right and create a project that is a viable and valuable addition to the attractions of the town. It has to succeed!
