Gluten-free Baking at Christmas - eBook

Christmas is a time of year when there is an abundance of delicious home baked food, but for those who cannot eat gluten it can be miserable. I am raising funds to create an eBook, "Gluten-free Baking at Christmas", featuring 20 delicious recipes perfect for all the family! I aim to show that you really can make delicious seasonal food - and that no one will be able to tell the difference. Recipes include: Rudolph's Rum Balls Spice Christmas Biscuits (pictured above) Mince pies Classic shortbread Christmas cake Peppermint macaroons And more! The funding will go towards the cost of ingredients, as each recipe has to be rigorously tested and photographed. As the rewards are now locked, I can't edit them, but each contributor over £10 will now get a free hard copy of my book.
