To provide a Gluten Free Pie to the public who have an auto immune or allergy to Gluten and potentially extend into a dairy free range also.

My daughter was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease in July 2018,  she is the only coeliac in the family but the family have decided to eats a gluten free based diet. We have changed our whole outlook on family meals, my daughter had a favourite meal and I honestly did not know how she was ever going to eat it again, that meal was pie and mashed potatoes. So I set off with a challenge to recreate a gluten free version, it was a bumpy road with lots of disasters...but there was light at the end of the tunnel. By finding the right flour and the right quantities of fat to flour I succeeded.   It is once again a firm favourite in our family. There are so many people in the UK with an aversion to Gluten and why should they miss out on the very British Classic Pie.

I have a history in the food and drink industry but due to my children being very small I made the decision to stay home with them and take a job in a primary school kitchen in order to still be there for the children.

Let's make 'GLUTEN FREE KITCHEN' happen
