This is a very worthwhile project. Visiting Glenfinnan was a highlight of our trip to Scotland, I hope we will be able to visit again and enjoy the safer parking and pathway.

Glenfinnan means so much to my wee family. Over the 5 years we’ve stayed at GHH it’s phenomenal the increase in people who stop to see the Jacobite cross the viaduct and abandon their vehicles without thought to the community. This project will make such a difference, fingers crossed enough money is raised.

Magdeburger Whisky-Freunde 16th December 2019

As regular guests to this beautiful area and long time friends of the Glenfinnan House Hotel we want to support the idea to make everyones visit safer and rewarding. Therefore it is our pleasure to support this campaign.

Edwina King 14th December 2019

After spending many holidays in the Highlands and now being fortunate to be living in the area, we fully support this initiative, as we have noticed the increased in traffic and risks that people are taking to see the train and viaduct. We have decided to support this project instead of sending Christmas Cards, so would like to take this opportunity to wish all our friends a very Merry Christmas and New Year through this project.

Awesome idea. I was there in July and climbed that big hill to get a good view. I have Osteo arthritis and bursitis but I made it. There were a few on our tour that couldn’t do it so this will be great for the not so fit to enjoy too.

Jackie Ogilvie 11th December 2019

Good luck with this project. This bridge and car park is a very much needed facility to help preserve the surrounding area and to ensure the safety of both residents and visitors.
