Key objectives: to match our partners’ funds to projects and help distribution of partner funds to projects they want to support.
To increase grant funds distributed to crowdfunding projects, achieving weekly and monthly targets and reporting on this to the partner team.
Key outcome: projects receive additional funds from our partners and projects are added to the platform
Summary: Crowdfunder has over £2million worth of partner match funds to distribute to crowdfunding projects, and over 100 projects a day adding to the site to find funding. We need to match new projects to possible additional funds.
Partners include local authorities, corporates and charities.
This is a specialist coaching role which will focus on distributing each fund to the projects that meet its eligibility criteria, encouraging the right projects for the fund to apply for funding and working with the partner team to pledge on the project.
You will analyse incoming projects from the worlds of business, arts, sport, charity, community, politics etc to match them with grant funds from our partners, and identify most suitable projects.
You’ll understand each fund, the criteria and objectives, and any contractual obligations
You assist with highlighting projects to partners for approval and pledging and monitoring dashboards
You will champion fund distribution on the coaching team, ensuring they are all able to identify suitable projects, and help receive match funding from partners.
You’re the point of contact for incoming funding queries and queries on funds internally.
You’ll coach crowdfunding projects to help them become more eligible and submit a high quality application for funding.
You’ll liaise with partner to assess project’s suitability and feedback to project to ensure they have the right information to submit a suitable application.
You will also search out projects and organisations who are ideal to start a crowdfund project and receive extra grant funds and proactively reach out and market to them.
You will assist the marketing team, helping them shape strategies and tactics to attract as many of the right projects for funds as possible.
You’ll guide projects through the crowdfunding process - giving them access to extra coaching and info where necessary - with an objective to ensure they receive extra grant funds from our partners, where appropriate
You’ll help develop strategies to help funding partners meet and exceed their fund distribution goals, implement best practices and develop success metrics.
Foster strong, interpersonal partner relationships to increase repeat campaigns while acting as customer advocate and relationship manager internally with Crowdfunder.
Manage partner activity effectively and accurately within the pipeline management system to maximise all existing and new opportunities.
Liaise with PR resource to deliver case studies and content
