Wonderful community spirit and thanks to those who have set this up.
Unity in the face of adversity; compassion and community spirit has returned after the differences on Brexit.
#COVID19 challenges our community. 1 We need to care for the vulnerable, isolated and lonely 2 Have a workable plan 3 We need to inform the community 4 We must have willing volunteers. Guess what? We've got 'em. And so to work!
What a wonderful initiative, best of luck with it.
For the elderly or those who may not have access to iphones/internet or even TV for entertainment, it would be great to deliver their necessary food/items also with a puzzle book/ unwanted novels/ or printed sudoku/crossword of the day etc. Helping brain function and distraction/focus!
Keep up the good work. Heartwarming to see. Thank goodness there are people like you in the world!
Amazing initiative, thank you
Best of luck with raising funds! It is so important we work together as a community to help those who are most vulnerable right now.
