Within my business, I've combined two passions of mine: baking and fitness. While I was getting ready for my first bodybuilding competition, I liked to challenge myself with creating many snack recipes as that was the only thing I genuinely couldn't give up on...SNACKING!
With those challenges, I've multiple delicious snacks suitable for diabetics, individuals suffering from Coeliac disease and prioritizing plant-based products.
Due to my fast-paced hospitality background, I've learnt how to deal with food production, leading a team up to 30 people, dealing with stock, budget, driving sales and connecting with customers throughout their needs.
