I have been doing different coaching for young people and adults and I want to increase the amount of free sessions I can offer for those aged over 16 to mainly aim for adults who have not been doing much physical activity in the last few years. I hope to run lots of different sessions from running, cycling, cricket, football , circuit training and more. However, I don't have much equipment and what I do have is used. The donations you kindly give will help to buy some equipment to help some local people get fitter and healthier. With that increased fitness, I want to encourage people to join clubs and groups and to keep doing our fitness sessions. What we will do as a result, as well as be happier and healthier is, raising money for different charities local and global. We hope to raise at least a thousand this summer, looking at mainly support Cancer Research UK and Mind UK.
