Having suffered mental health issues for many years and it effecting my ability not only socially but my ability to work I want to take action. I feel better overall mentally and physically when I am exercising and would love to become a personal trainer to help others with whatever battles theyre fighting. I have recently been helping elderly people into light fitness too which has hugely improved their social interaction and physical ability. Doing my course would allow me to help people of different ages and backgrounds aswell as proove to myself I can overcome my own mental health obstacles.
